We are delighted to share that our team was given the “Rookie All-Star” award, at our recent regional competition at the University of Minnesota. This prestigious award is given to one rookie team to “celebrate the Rookie Team exemplifying a young but strong partnership effort, as well as implementing the mission of FIRST to inspire students to learn more about science and technology."
This award means our SFHS Mechanical Masterminds are advancing to Worlds Championship Competition in Detroit on April 25-28. We hope to take advantage of this unique opportunity by helping the students raise funds for the unexpected competition expenses.
